Our house is not big flat at 5(last) floor. It was totally restored in 2009 so the whole interior is like new. It has one sleeping room and one living/sleeping room equipped with PC and wireless connection, TV and DVD player. In the kitchen you will find everything you need like dishwasher, fridge, stove, washing mashine. In the kitchen we have another computer with broadband connection. There is one bathroom and toilet. We live the city center of Lipetsk, not far train station. We have a russian's car with child seats that can include in the exchange

Our neighborhood:
The area where we live is very quiet and safe in the city center. The bus station is a 5min walk away. A large grocery store is 5min away walking or one minute by car. You can swim river "Vorohezh" just 15min away by car. In the city centre of Lipetsk as excellent restaurants, museum, theatre, cathedral. Slogan of Lipetsk: "Lipetsk - is a pearl of Russia"
