Bedrooms and laundry are on the upper floor. One bedroom and two baths are on the main floor. This is a second home for us that we use as a winter home to get away from the cold New York winters.

Our neighborhood:
The house is part of a gated golf community. The homeowners association has a large community center with children’s playground, kiddy pool, large swimming pool, fully equipped gym, tennis courts and basketball courts. You will have full use of all of these facilities. The golf course is a public course and you will be able to play golf if you so desire. The house is about 20 minutes drive to the beach. 10 minutes drive to a large upscale shopping mall. 15 minutes drive to Lion Country Safari. 5 hours drive to Disney Land. 3 hours drive to the Florida Keys, and 2 hours drive to the Everglades.
A little about ourselves:
We are Joanette and Fred. We live in upstate New York. Fred is a retired IBM executive. I am an ER physician. We like to travel and are open to exchanges just about anywhere. We are planning a trip to Europe during Sept 8 to the 22nd, 2010 and would like to spend the first 5 days of the trip in London so hope to exchange with someone in London for that time.
