Our neighborhood:
Beautiful upscale neighborhood in the mountains, walking distance to Lake Arrowhead with a lovely walking path around the lake. There is a european village close by with shopping, restaurants and Lake Arrowhead Resort with gorgeous restuarant, bar and outdoor patio dining. Lake is private but there are cruise boats for purchase to tour the lake. There are outdoor concerts all summer long including in Sept/Oct for Octoberfest. Several snow skiing resorts are about 30 miles away for winter activities as well as Hiking and Mountain Biking. It is a very relaxing place to reconnect with nature and smell fresh air and pine trees again. You will love it!
A little about ourselves:
We are a busy family of four. Husband and wife are professionals (Aerospace engineer and business attorney) and been married over 27 years. Adult children (son and daughter) are each finishing college working and collegiate soccer, both here in California and on East Coast in their respective future professions, Contruction Engineering and Finance/Management . We purchased this home as a vacation rental and to use periodically for friends and family. We have fond memories of spending time with our familiies of origin in the mountains and wanted to continue that tradition with our family. We believe we have made it a very comfortable user friendly home for our guests to have a relaxing and wonderful vacation experience. We hope you try it and enjoy it as much as we do.
